Job Summary

The Senior Compensation Analyst provides complex, insightful and impactful professional level and analytical work in reviewing, administering and implementing the job evaluation and classification and compensation programs for MCCCD in support of Maricopa’s philosophy and transformational goals. This position requires thorough understanding of the principles of compensation program design and administration including: compensation programs, compliance, pricing, job evaluation and quantitative analyses while offering practical but imaginative solutions.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in human resources or business and four (4) years of advanced full-time professional level experience in compensation administration.

OR

Associates’ Degree from a regionally accredited institution in business, from a regionally accredited institution and six (6) years of advanced full-time professional level experience in compensation administration.

OR

High School Diploma/GED and eight (8) years of advanced full-time professional level experience in compensation administration.
